1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the bdgo platform available at bdgo.cam (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with bdgo's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdgo.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of bdgo following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English and are legally effective in their English form. bdgo targets players in Bangladesh and serves users across all eight administrative divisions of the country — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — and these Terms apply equally to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of bdgo is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bdgo operates an 18+ only policy without exception. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on the Platform.
- You must be a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts on bdgo.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bdgo complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.
- You must not have previously been excluded from bdgo, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by action of bdgo, and you must not be subject to any gambling self-exclusion programme that would cover your use of the Platform.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bdgo or any of its game providers or technology partners, unless explicit written permission has been obtained.
bdgo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method after verification, minus any winnings derived from wagers placed by the underage user, which will be forfeited in their entirety.
3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Creating Your Account
To use bdgo's real-money betting and casino services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your personal details change after registration — for example, if you move to a new address or change your mobile number — you must update your account information promptly by contacting [email protected].
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgo username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access or use your account on your behalf. bdgo will not be responsible for any losses or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify bdgo immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email. bdgo reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
3.3 KYC Verification
In accordance with bdgo's anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, all players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals above ৳5,000 will be processed. bdgo may also request KYC documentation at any stage if our risk and compliance team deems it necessary. Required documents typically include:
- A clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of your registered address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months).
- Proof of the payment method used (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
bdgo will process KYC documentation within two business days of receipt. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bdgo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on bdgo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdgo wallet balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account. bdgo does not charge any fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which bdgo bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification where required. bdgo aims to process all eligible withdrawals as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests at the time. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed within two hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to three business days.
bdgo reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal for the purpose of fraud prevention, AML compliance, or verification. Where a delay is applied, bdgo will notify you by email or live chat. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, except where an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing by bdgo's compliance team.
4.4 Responsible Use of Funds
All funds deposited to your bdgo account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use payment methods that belong to a third party. bdgo reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bdgo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated per promotion) before they may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on sports markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or casino games that contribute to wagering requirements, will count towards fulfilling the wagering requirement.
- Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice upon expiry.
- Bonus Abuse: bdgo strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; hedging bets using bonus funds; placing bets in patterns designed to exploit promotion mechanics rather than for genuine recreational gambling. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have those bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent suspension.
- Maximum Bet Restrictions: When playing with an active bonus, the maximum single bet or spin stake is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may, at bdgo's discretion, be voided and the bonus forfeited.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still being wagered will void the older bonus.
bdgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any change will not adversely affect any bonus that a player has already started to wager.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on bdgo are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules govern matters such as bet settlement, the handling of suspended or abandoned events, the treatment of late goals or score corrections, and the resolution of disputes. Key general principles include:
- All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. bdgo does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a clear pricing error has occurred.
- In the event that a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum play period required for settlement has been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to a delay to prevent the exploitation of live data advantages. bdgo reserves the right to refuse or void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome is, or could reasonably be, known.
- bdgo reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any given market, event, or bet type at its sole discretion, and to decline any bet request without providing a reason.
- Apparent errors in odds — including but not limited to manifest errors and palpable mistakes — do not give rise to an obligation for bdgo to honour the erroneous price. Such bets may be settled at the correct price or voided at bdgo's discretion.
6.2 Casino Games
Casino games offered on the bdgo platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are available to view within the game interface. All games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live casino or slots session, bdgo will use its records to determine the outcome of any incomplete game round. If a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical fault, the stake will be returned to your account. bdgo is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures or device malfunctions on the player's side.
7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued use of bdgo, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corruption in connection with any sports event or casino game offered on the Platform.
- Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable via any communication channel provided by bdgo.
- Impersonating any other person, entity, or bdgo employee when using the Platform or communicating with our support team.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected software error must be reported to bdgo immediately and will not be honoured.
- Attempting to access any part of the Platform for which you do not have explicit authorisation, including attempting to access other players' accounts.
bdgo takes violations of these obligations seriously. Depending on the severity of the prohibited conduct, consequences may include the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held in your account, and referral of your details and conduct to law enforcement authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your bdgo account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, bdgo will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts cannot be closed while a bonus with an active wagering requirement remains on the account — the bonus will be forfeited upon closure.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by bdgo
bdgo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- bdgo has reasonable grounds to suspect that your account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
- You have abused any bonus or promotional offer in a manner that violates Section 5 of these Terms.
- Continued operation of your account would expose bdgo to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
- You have been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or as an individual subject to international sanctions.
Where bdgo closes your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms on your part, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, bdgo reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the bdgo Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other content available on the Platform — are owned by or licensed to bdgo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property associated with the Platform, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes as contemplated by these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the bdgo Platform without the prior written consent of bdgo. The bdgo name, logo, and all related trade marks are the property of bdgo and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgo's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your bdgo account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bdgo shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, even if bdgo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bdgo does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. bdgo shall not be liable for any losses arising from periods of downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond bdgo's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications network failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdgo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Responsible Gaming
bdgo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. In addition to the self-management tools described in our dedicated Responsible Gaming page, bdgo operates the following policies as part of its responsible gaming framework:
- Age Verification: As set out in Section 2, all players must be aged 18 or above. bdgo applies age verification controls at the point of registration and at withdrawal.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform — whether for a defined period or permanently — may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation.

12.1 Amendments to These Terms
bdgo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bdgo will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the revision.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with bdgo's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdgo with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
